Orders are usually processed immediately by our team and sent to our storage facilities. They are then processed by our post master, which takes between 1-3 business days depending on the number of orders we are dealing with. Standard shipping takes about 15-24 business days to arrive. Expedited shipping takes between 14-21 days and is fully tracked.
What if I need to change my order?
Our orders are processed immediately after being placed and sent to our storage facilities. In some cases, though we might be able to change an order so contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating what change you would like to make.
Can I track my order?
Order tracking is an available option for expedited shipping. As soon as your order has been processed and shipped we will send you a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number which you can use to track your order all the way to your door.
Can I change my delivery address?
Our orders are processed immediately after being placed and sent to our storage facilities. In some cases though we might be able to change an order so contact us at email@example.com with the new address you would like your order shipped to. We cannot guarantee the change but we will try our best!
I just received my order and something is missing. What do I do?
As we have multiple storage facilities, it is not uncommon for items to be shipped separately. Please allow 5-7 days for the remaining items to be delivered. If any items are missing after that, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of it for you.
What if my order arrives damaged?
In the highly unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or faulty, please don't hesitate to contact us at email@example.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged item in your email. We will take care of the rest.
