Shipping Policy


Every order is immediately sent to our warehouse team where we endeavour to have it processed by our team within 24-48.

As we operate with multiple stock warehouses in different locations, products will be shipped depending on stock availability from the warehouse closest to your location.

If you require a change, please contact us promptly via e-mail and we will do our best to cater to you.


**** Black Friday & Christmas Season update ****

Please be adviced that due to the high number of orders during the Black Friday and Christmas season some delays will occur with order processing and delivery. The approximate delivery time illustrated below will be affected, please allow more time for your products to be delivered. We advice all our customers who need products delivered before specific dates to contact us before placing their order for us to make sure we can meet the date they need. 

Approximate International delivery time – Standard Shipping

USA - (15-20 business days)

Europe - (20-30 business days)

Australia - (13-20 business days)

*During busy periods, delivery times may be slightly longer.

* 8 out of 10 orders on average will arrive sooner than set delivery time.  



Approximate International delivery time – Expedited Shipping

If you wish to receive your order faster we also offer expedited shipping. Expedited shipping costs $9.99 and ensures every product in your order will include a tracking code you can use to track right to your door.



Shipping times do not include weekends or public holidays

If your package has not made its way to you after 30 days, please contact us via e-mail so our postmaster can track where it is and we will advise you accordingly.
As we use external shipping companies, The Wiggle Project cannot be made responsible for any products lost in transit, though we promise we will do our best to replace them hassle-free for you.

Ensure to provide the correct address when checking out. If packages are not received by the recipient, or are returned to us due to an incorrect address, the recipient/purchaser will be responsible to cover for repeat shipping costs.


Custom Taxes and Duties

The Wiggle Project cannot advise on whether you will be charged customs or import duties, though after processing and shipping over 1100 orders thus far we have never had a customer report a customs charge. 
In the highly unlikely event it occurs, The Wiggle Project cannot be made liable for any customs taxes or duties.
